docLOCK is a Multi-Factor-Authentication document security using Authenticators with advanced zero-knowledge encryption to give you the ultimate security you need to protect your documents when sending it by e-mail. That means that even docLOCK can’t access your data, and there is no middleman whatsoever. With docLOCK you own your documents protection keys, which makes it far more secure than other services, making sure your data is governed, trusted and secure.
Works in 3 easy steps!
Step 1
In Outlook, attach documents to your email and click “send”.
SENDERS, you need docLOCK to be installed on your computer. It will automatically be added to your MS Outlook for seamless integration, no new software to learn.
Step 2
docLOCK will auto encrypt and password protect your document and send it to the designated recipient.
Step 3
The recipient opens the encrypted documents using an SMS pin code or the docLOCK Authentication code sent to their mobile phone.
